To qualify for a return:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To begin the return process, email us atinfo@blkmencoffee.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take a few days to process and post refunds.
